Many people have this false perception that spirituality has to be perfect. Kyanite reminds us that duality is extremely important on our journey. Shoving your shadow side deep down, to never be seen again, may not be the best option. Of course, old patterns and behaviors need to be worked through, but there’s other characteristics of that side of you, that you may actually need to get where you’re going. Kyanite is such an amazing stone to carry on the journey because it helps us get passed any confusion, stress and frustration that we may feel, while changing for the better! It encourages us to be steadfast, no matter how bumpy things get. Boss up when need be. Its a stone that stimulates the throat chakra, so being open and honest with yourself about your life and goals is of the upmost importance. Lay it all out there, so you can begin to heal! I love Kyanite because it reminds me that there’s no perfect way to practice spirituality. I can be both Buddha and Biggie!
