The root chakra is where our sense of security and stability lie. When there’s a Root Chakra blockage, you’re super insecure in your ability to make decisions and your overall capability to handle everyday life. My belief is that most of our Root Chakra issues are formed in our childhood. Connected to family and in particular, how we were raised. In my experience this chakra requires a ton of attention to unblock do to these issues being deeply embedded during our developmental stages. Let’s face it, we can’t fully flourish in our growth if we aren't properly rooted. I created this set to assist in getting your life back together.
